All development and most testing for this program was done on a
Windows XP systems, 2.8Ghz, 2 Gigs Ram. Sample testing was done
on all other operating systems listed. For best results Windows
XP should be used.

These System Requirments based on our sample testing. Our
minimum system available for testing was a PIII-700Mhz. This
does not say that the program will not perform well on a system
of lesser performance, just that is has not been tested on any
system of lesser performance.
